A Manhattan Family Court clerk has been suspended without pay pending an investigation into allegations she used a racial slur describing a Black 15-year-old in a court hearing Thursday.
An intern who was working in Manhattan family court as recently as Friday was admitted to the hospital Sunday and tested positive for COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus, according to a statement posted on the court’s website yesterday.
