The Department of Children and Families is seeking proposals to provide juvenile justice involved youth and families with functional family therapy in Milwaukee County.
Contractor will provide services to at-risk youth ages 12 to 18 whose problems range from acting out, to conduct disorders, to alcohol and/or substance abuse.
This FFT program will focus on youth who have returned home or are returning home from out-of-home placement and require intensive community based services, or youth at imminent risk of placement due to mental health issues, emotional disturbance, juvenile delinquency or substance abuse.
