The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families is seeking proposals to provide adoption services for special-needs children.
The Special Needs Adoption Program (SNAP) Services are part of the Special Needs Adoption Initiative to maximize capacity to achieve timely, high-quality permanent placements for Wisconsin’s children in need of an adoptive home.
SNAP services include: pre-terminated family/child visits; child case management; placement supervision and services; adoptive family assessment services for foster home conversions and new applicants; and the supportive service of informational meetings.
