The 14th District Court is seeking a qualified firm for the purpose of facilitating groups for parents of truant, runaway, and low-risk delinquent youth exhibiting truant behavior for families residing in Henrico County.
The program consists of six (6) weekly meetings of two (2) hour sessions. The purpose of these services is to provide an evidence-based, best practice model in order to reduce truant behavior and prevent future runaway and delinquent behaviors of these youth by providing curriculum-based information to their parents.
The targeted population served will be parents of youth between the ages of 11 and 17.
