Grantees will research multidisciplinary research and evaluation proposals related to childhood exposure to violence. Projects may look at children who are direct victims and/or bystanders or observers of various forms of violence in the home, school, or community, including peer victimization, bullying, harassment, child maltreatment, domestic violence, and community violence.
Applicants can propose to examine the impact of other forms of violence, with the noted exception of media violence.
