The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is making approximately 10 grants to help fathers in secure juvenile confinement with mentoring and transitional services. While the grantees must be nonprofit organizations, the application requires a letter of support or memoranda of understanding with a correctional agency.
