Westchester County Department of Social Services invites proposals from qualified individuals and/or agencies to provide foster care parent recruitment and adoptive parent recruitment and/or training and support services.
The Department of Social Services is seeking a provider(s) who will either: (1) recruit (the “Marketing Provider”), (2) train (the “Training Provider”), or (3) both recruit and train foster and adoptive parents. The provider(s) will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and recruitment program and a training program to recruit and train prospective foster and adoptive parents.
