The Justice Department will enter into one cooperative agreement with an organization to manage grant awards for children’s advocacy centers around the country.
Children’s advocacy centers provide a coordinated response to victims of child abuse through multidisciplinary teams composed of representatives from the statutorily mandated and other involved agencies. This program is authorized under the Victims of Child Abuse Act.
Each application must identify a lead applicant, but partnerships are welcomed.
