- Two training sessions at the state Rural Libraries Conference, May 4-6, 2016 on Mackinac Island.
- Monthly newsletters, starting in April 2016 and going through December 2017.
- Ten one-hour webinars on specific topics throughout the contract period. Tentative dates are January, May, July, September, November for 2017 and January, May, July, September, and November in 2017.
The training and outreach materials will be developed by the trainer in consultation with Library of Michigan staff. The trainer will also develop overall program evaluation tools in consultation with the Library of Michigan.
