The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals to provide programs that focus on improving outcomes for youth, specifically employment and independence outcomes for low-income youth.
The awarded bidder will deliver a comprehensive program which provides services focused on addressing the needs of low-income and at-risk youth within the state of Maine and assisting them in achieving economic stability and overall wellness.
