The Iowa Department of Human Services is seeking contractors to run a girls treatment program.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals that will enable the Department of Human Services (Agency), along with Juvenile Court Services (JCS ), to select the most qualified contractor to provide a gender specific program targeting girls ages 12-18 in the Calhoun, Pocahontas and Webster County Decategorization Area.

The Treatment Program would focus on teaching high risk girls the skills necessary to succeed and behave in socially appropriate ways.

Include topics not limited to:  skill building; homework assistance; building positive relationships; aggression replacement; community service; and recognizing appropriate behaviors.
