The Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) is soliciting proposals for funds to address Teen Pregnancy Prevention. OAH is seeking public and/or private organizations to work with 3-5 communities to develop a collaborative, community driven, community-specific teen pregnancy prevention framework for each community. The program uses a comprehensive, multifaceted , evidence based approach.
Specifically, the funder is looking for applicants that propose to work with communities with high rates of teen pregnancy and takes a highly collaborative approach which focuses on community capacity building. Additionally, OAH will pay special attention to proposals that address work in Promise Zones, a federal effort to address services in identified high poverty areas.
OAH plans to make 1 award in the form of a cooperative agreement.
