The Government of the District of Columbia, Child and Family Agency (CFSA) is seeking a contractor to provide Clinical Family/Individual/Integrated Therapy Services and Life Long Connection to identify issues related to stability and preservation of adoption matters.
The contractor shall provide therapeutic services to those youth, prospective guardianship parents and pre-adoptive parents who are having difficulty in deciding whether to move forward with permanency. The purpose of this service is to ensure that the youth, pre-adoptive or pre-guardianship parent has an opportunity to discuss their concerns and have those concerns resolved as it relates to permanency.
The contractor shall also provide Therapeutic Support Services to youth who are aging out of the foster care system, and do not have a relationship with their birth parents, extended family member and or adults who provide physical or emotional support.
The contractor shall provide Post Clinical Family and Post Individual Therapeutic Services to adoptive parents, guardianship parents and those children and youth who have achieved permanency from the District of Columbia Foster Care System.
