The Copic Medical Foundation is seeking applicants for their 2014-2015 grant cycle.
Activities must have a primary impact in Colorado and/or Nebraska and are typically centered on:
- The education and training of health care professionals
- Development, implementation, or changes in health care-related systems, tools, and processes that improve outcomes
- Pilot programs designed to improve medicine
Youth serving programs have received grants from the foundation. These include, Reach Out and Read Colorado, a literacy and research program serving Colorado youth. Advocacy and education efforts such as the Nebraska Medical Association Foundation, which serves children and families with special needs, has also received grants from the foundation in prior funding cycles.
