The Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County, Inc. is seeking an evaluator to assess the effectiveness of the Teen Sexual Health Empowerment Program.
Grantees are expected to evaluate the following implementation elements:
- Planning
- Implementation
- Process outcomes
Grantees are expected to evaluate the following outcome elements:
- Reduction in teen births
- Reduction in teen pregnancy
- Increases in referrals to reproductive health
Grantees are not expected to conduct evaluation using a randomized controlled trial design or individual-level surveys of participants.
