The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Criminal Justice/Emergency Management & Victim Services Branch, is soliciting proposals for the Human Trafficking Advocacy (HA) Program for the 2014/15 Fiscal Year (FY).
The purpose of the HA Program is to provide funding to Victim/Witness Assistance Centers with a demonstrated history of providing services to victims of human trafficking. This Program is for projects that provide services to human trafficking victims, but need additional staff and support to identify and provide comprehensive services to victims of human trafficking.
There is a 20 percent match requirement. Applicants must identify the source of the 20 percent match. Match funds may be either cash and/or in-kind contribution.
