Tuolumne County, through its Human Services Agency, Protective Services Department invites qualified persons and/or agencies to submit proposals to provide counseling and therapy services for the Child Welfare Services program.
The Child Welfare Services Program staff will refer both adults and children to counseling and therapy services. The clients referred will be diverse, and may include parents and caregivers, children and adults with disabilities, racial and ethnic minorities, members of underserved or underrepresented groups, and homeless families and those at risk of homelessness.
The services to be provided will include comprehensive counseling services, and/or either individual or group therapy sessions. It will be necessary to provide a review of findings and assessments of progress to the clients and County staff on a regular basis. When necessary, Court testimony may be required.
