“The County of Orange Health Care Agency is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Adult In-Home Crisis Stabilization Services to County residents between ages of eighteen and fifty-nine, including Transitional Age Youth (TAY) between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, may be at risk of hospitalization, could safely benefit from this level of care, and are willing to seek services voluntarily. Adults over sixty years of age whose needs are compatible with those of other clients may be included in this target population if they require the same level of care and supervision.”
