The U.S. Health & Human Services Department is seeking applications for the Capacity Building Initiative for Substance Abuse (SA) and HIV Prevention Services for At-Risk Racial/Ethnic Minority Youth.
These are capacity-building grants. Funding supports projects that prevent and reduce the onset of substance abuse and transmission of HIV/AIDS among at-risk populations, including racial/ethnic minority youth and young adults, ages 13-24. SAMHSA is particularly interested in eliciting the interest of clinics/wellness centers and community-based providers.
