The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Cultural-Based Access Navigation and Peer/Family Support Services (CBANS) to all age groups of underserved culturally diverse populations in Fresno County.
The funding for Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services shall include salaries and stipends for Community Health Workers (CHW) and Peer Support staffing, training, capital facilities and technology, outreach and education, and innovation.
Funding shall be used to create or expand/enhance successful programs for children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and older adults in a culturally, ethnically, and linguistically competent approach for underserved and unserved populations.
