Ash Barcus is a proud former foster youth and a foster youth advocate, who is passionate about changing the foster care system for the better through policy and legislation change. Ash spent 6 years in foster care, a hectic 31 homes and 22 high schools, and is now working on two degrees in law and political science to make a career out of fighting for disadvantaged groups of people in society. Ash wants to be a civil rights and constitutional law attorney to fight to protect people.
