Ada Smith is a former foster youth. Smith is currently a vista volunteer for Connections to Independence. Smith is also on the child wellbeing committee for Hennepin County and has many more foster commitments. If Smith is not at home being a parent or studying for school, she is trying to find ways to make the system better, not just for fosters, but for all children who need love.
